Working with TMZ Painting Amidst COVID-19

Here at TMZ Painting, we are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation as our business services are considered “essential services” so we are open and operating within the required guidelines set out by the federal and state government.

As part of the plan to help flatten the curve of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spread — you as the customer and we as the tradesmen — will have to abide by all government guidelines and apply some commonsense knowledge in the way we interact together.

Your responsibility as the customer:

  • If any occupants at your home are contagious, unwell or otherwise at risk, please inform us immediately and we’ll look at rescheduling our upcoming job
  • If you have recently returned from overseas or are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone experiencing those symptoms, please inform us immediately and we’ll look at rescheduling our upcoming job
  • We will also request that you maintain a 1.5m social distant from all of our tradies
  • Please ensure that no other persons are present in the area the our tradies are set to be working in
  • Please do not shake hands with our tradies
  • Please open windows and doors to permit free airflow
  • Pay TMZ Painting via direct bank bank transfer to avoid the handling of cash

Our responsibility as the tradesmen:

  • If our tradies is feeling unwell, we will notify you immediately and reschedule any upcoming jobs
  • Our tradies will maintain a safe 1.5m social distance from our customer at all times
  • Our tradies will respectfully decline to shake hands
  • Our tradies will regularly wash their hands and use alcohol disinfectant
  • Our tradies will wear gloves where appropriate
  • Our tradies will cough or sneeze into a handkerchief
  • Our tradies will wear a face mask where appropriate
  • Our tradies will clean and wipe down their tools down with a disinfectant cloth – before and after the job

If you require a quote from us and we are not able to visit your premises, we will then arrange a quote for you over a video call via FaceTime, Skype or WhatsApp
